三、主要研究領域和方向
近5年來以化科生态科為線索,以植物-昆蟲-寄生蜂互作研究為核心,利用拟南芥及其突變體以及番茄等重要作物品種,研究刺吸式昆蟲瓦解寄主植物直接防禦反應的内在機制及其調控植物不同信号路徑間交互作用幹擾植物間接防禦的機理。
圍繞植物與刺吸式昆蟲互作開展了系統的研究,取得的創新點如下:(1)試驗證明刺吸式昆蟲(煙粉虱及扶桑綿粉蚧)能夠抑制寄主體内的茉莉酸防禦反應進而促進其個體及種群發育,并且證明水楊酸防禦反應在這一過程中發揮重要作用 ;(2)首次闡明煙粉虱誘導植物釋放揮發物吸引寄生蜂的分子機制,即煙粉虱取食激活水楊酸路徑,進而調控寄主植物釋放月桂烯,吸引麗蚜小蜂達到防治煙粉虱的目的;(3)煙粉虱通過調控植物體内的JA-SA信号互作,能夠幹擾小菜蛾或二斑葉螨誘導的植物揮發物化科指紋譜,進而幹擾天敵昆蟲的寄主選擇行為。這一系列研究成果的取得,對于未來利用轉基因或遺傳育種技術,實現刺吸式昆蟲可持續治理具有重要意義。
